By accessing this site and/or purchasing our products, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. We reserve the right to periodically modify these terms, and users are responsible for checking this page for any updates.

By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our site.

3. Products and Availability

Our website offers unique, handmade products, including linen garments with hand embroidery and paintings featuring sacred geometry. Each product is crafted with careful attention to detail and may display subtle variations due to the handmade technique. Product availability will be specified on each product page.

Note: We strive to maintain the accuracy of the information on our website; however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other content are free from errors.

4. Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Payments are securely processed through a third-party payment processor. An order is considered complete and will be processed only after payment confirmation. If there is a payment error, the order will not be finalized.

5. Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 10-15 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient’s location and the selected shipping option. We currently offer shipping via the Romanian Post service. Shipping costs will be included in the final order amount.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the unique nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Clothing items must be returned unworn, intact, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Paintings are non-returnable due to their unique and artistic nature.

To initiate a return request, please contact us at contact@zamolxa.ro. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product was delivered with a defect.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All embroidery designs and sacred geometry paintings displayed on the site are the intellectual property of Zamolxa Design S.R.L. Copying, reproducing, or distributing these without explicit permission is prohibited and will be addressed according to applicable copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, www.zamolxa.ro and its owners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or other damages arising from the use of the site or the purchase of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, errors on the site, price changes, or product unavailability.
