Refund Policy
At Zamolxa Design, we are dedicated to the quality and authenticity of each product we offer. Because our products are handmade with attention to detail and respect for authentic traditions, our return policy reflects the specific nature of each product type.
1. General Return Conditions
We accept returns for certain products within 14 days from the date of order receipt.
To be eligible for return, the product must be:
Unworn and in the same condition as received;
In its original packaging, with all tags intact.

2. Returning Linen Garments
Linen garments with handmade embroidery can be returned if they are unworn and meet the conditions outlined above. Due to the unique nature of these products, we reserve the right to refuse the return if the items show signs of wear or damage.
3. Returning Paintings with Sacred Geometry Elements
Our paintings are unique works of art, crafted with care and artistic sensitivity. For this reason, paintings are only returnable in exceptional cases, such as if they arrive defective or are damaged during transport. If a painting arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the product at contact@zamolxa.ro within 24 hours of receipt for evaluation.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was delivered defective or incorrectly.
5. Refund Process
Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refunded amount will be directed to the original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank’s policies.
