We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Payments are securely processed through a third-party payment processor. An order is considered complete and will be processed only after payment confirmation. If there is a payment error, the order will not be finalized.<\/p>\n

Orders are processed within 10-15 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient\u2019s location and the selected shipping option. We currently offer shipping via the Romanian Post service. Shipping costs will be included in the final order amount.<\/p>\n

Due to the unique nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:<\/p>\n
Clothing items must be returned unworn, intact, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.<\/p>\n
Paintings are non-returnable due to their unique and artistic nature.<\/p>\n
To initiate a return request, please contact us at contact@zamolxa.ro. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product was delivered with a defect.<\/p>\n
